pXT7 vector map - (Sep/20/2006 )

Hi guys,
DOes anyone know the vector map of pXT7? or know the place where I can get the map of the vector. This vector is a derivative of pGEM4Z and PSP64T.Thats all I know aboiut it.Let me know if anyone knows the map.
Thank you.

pXT7 is a derivative of pGEM4Z (Promega) and pSP64T possessing several convenient cloning sites and allowing efficient in vitro RNA synthesis with T7 RNA polymerase (R. Freeman and S.Y.S., unpublished work).
so i doubet there is an existing map. pSP64T is from Krieg, P. A. & Melton, D. A. (1984) Nucleic Acids Res. 12, 7057-7070.

Hi Fred,
I checked those papers. They just say from where the vector was derived but didnt mention the map. Thanks for the reply. If I find the vector map, I will post it.

well i don't have the map too, i though it was a start to find the elements needed for your purpose.
Sorry for misreply.
