monocytes isolation from blood - Human monocytes by using MACS column (Sep/19/2006 )
Hi,
Iam a PhD student working on the treatment effects on the human monocytes we needed to isolation of monocytes from human blood any body tell me who using MACS column for monocyte sepration. We want to indent its but no idea about accessory required for its.

I would just add a caution that isolating monocytes using beads and a magnetic can activate them. its just as easy to isolate them from human blood using ficoll.
