Multiple point mutations - (Sep/19/2006 )

Hi All,

Was wondering whether anyone has a protocol for doing multiple point mutations in a single PCR reaction doing an inverse PCR technique such as Quikchange.

Is it feasible to simply use all the primers (3 sets of primers) in a single Quikchange reaction?

I tried doing two at once, and I only got one mutation to take.
