What about the BIO-RAD's real-time machine? - (Sep/02/2006 )

It does not work well all the time in our lab.

My colleague works with it for many times, however the results are not stable at all.

I have work on it for one time, the result was strange. The results of same samples, the parallel samples, differed much. For example, one got product, the other had none.

Why?

I use the SYBR Green Super Mix (Bio-RAD) to amplify my gene.

And the samples will be reduced in volume after the experiment. sad.gif
