Cosmid miniprep - Help needed to isolate cosmids of upto 50 Kb (Aug/30/2006 )

Hello

Does any body has an idea to isolate large inserts of around 40-50 kb from small volumes. Is any reliable kit available for simultaneous isolation of 10-20 samples?
