PGE2 in mice serum - How to detect the PGE2 in mice serum (Aug/28/2006 )

The PGE2 ELISA kits provoided are aviliable to detect the PGE2 in SN.Who knows the methods to exame the PGE2 level in mouse serum.please give me the information.

Dilute mouse serum (1 in 100 dilution), then do the same as the SN.

Hi,

Could you provide me with good references of PGE2 ELISA kits to detect EASILY PGE2 in the plasma of (nude) mice? I checked for RnD and Cayman but they all seem to require some kind of sample preparation (such as extraction). Do you know anything easy where I just need to dilute my sample and assay it?
Anybody has experience with these PGE2 ELISA kits for mice plasma samples?
