Request for Vector - gene cloning for DNA vaccine (Aug/21/2006 )

Hi every one,
iam a PhD student , we planing to working on the delivery of mycobacterial DNA/subunit vaccine. If any body having vector which specifically used for mycobacterial gene cloning can provide as gifted.
Or if any body working on thats protiens on different asspect , may kindaly provide same.
