could you someone recommed me guaranteed method for DNA isolation from ancient bone?

There are several papers online (via googggle) and have a look at http://paleo-dna.lakeheadu.ca/ancientdna/links.html

Most important: Absolute clean work conditions. I know a little bit from the ancient DNA lab in Mainz (Palaeogenetics Group), there everyone (also guests) have to give a DNA sample so that they can control that they sequenced their samples and not your DNA (they work on ancient livestock samples).
