Storing PVDF membranes for N-terminal sequencing - Urgent! (Aug/19/2006 )

I have my proteins of interest transfered to PVDF membrane and since I have to wait until we find a person to send to for N-terminal sequencing, where should I store the membrane, on 4 degrees, freeze in maybe!? Is it really a bad idea to have them on room temp?

I would store it in an evacuated sealed bag at -20°C for short term storage (weeks); PVDF membrane must be dry
