EMSA beginner - (Aug/01/2006 )

Does anybody have a good manual or article which explains about EMSA? I need to see whether a SNP changes the affinity to bind a certain TF and I guess EMSA is the best way to do it.

This is a great book and explains lots of possible techniques involving TFs. The first chaprter is dedicated to EMSA. However, if you can't get it then a good way is just to read some papers that involve EMSAs and try and replicate or modify the methods.
