Is there is an medium Richer then TB??? ,If so please tell me ,if possible give me a Recipe of the medium.

I recall seeing a method paper describing "Superbroth" or something like it in Biotechnique in the 90's. It contains tris, MOPS, Yeast RNA and some extra stuff. I will see if I can find it.

I know about Super Broth ,Turbo Broth etc , But i dont know the Compositions of materials present in those media . So please guys if anyone knows please help me ..
