isolate RNA from small size sample - (Jul/03/2006 )

Hi everybody
we want to isolate RNA from a small amount of tissue( biopsy,1mm*1mm*1mm).and we use QIAGEN mini RNA kit. my question is that how can i homogenise the tissue? i think it is impossible for us to use a electric homogeniser with such a small tip.
any help would be appreciated

well i would homogenize in tri reagent / trizol rather than mechanical only way
