Hello!
We would like to direct a protein for different organelles in transgenic plants (mit,chlo,nuc…). For that work I'm looking for a protein sequences that will lead the protein for the specific organelle. I would like to know where can I achieve this data (or maybe constructs).

U can get such sequences from companies which sell such vectors. For eg. clontech. they have a vector mito-acGFP (mitochondrial targetted). U can get the sequence from their website. u could also check their site for vectors which might also suit u.
