debris in immunocytochemistry... - how to get rid of them???? (Jun/29/2006 )

hi all, im new to this....im doing immunocytochemistry and am getting a lot of debris.....just cant take any picture.. mad.gif ,....i dont think it is the problem with primary or secondary antibodies....maybe my blocking or antibody diluent solution..... unsure.gif ....how can I make things clean??? thanx a lot!

filter your blocking or diluent solution to get rid of debris.

thanx minnie that was what i was thinking about.....any type of filter will do no?
