How Can add a dA tail for blund ends of a dscDNA via Taq DNA polymerase
I don't know if Taq polymerase could do that; I'd use a Terminal Transferase instead.
A normal PCR reaction setup will do this without cycling, simply extending for 10-30 minutes at 72C. Some Taq may have to be heat activated, so watch out for this. You might optimize the reaction somewhat by adding only dATP instead of the usual dNTP mix.
Does that mean you can add other types of bases as well with Taq?
