Do I have to make pcr master mix fresh every time - (Jun/07/2006 )

Instead of making 1ml master mix every time before pcr, is it possible to make 10ml master mix and divide into 10X1ml aliquot, store at -20oC, and thaw one aliquot out before pcr set-up?

if you don't add enzyme to that mix that would be ok.
