RNA isolation from Fungus - (Jun/05/2006 )

Hi

I want to know how to prepare the fungal mat for RNA isolation. Because when we grow on the broth it contains lot of water. thus it become difficult to use liquid nirtogen for grinding.If anybody knows good protocol please mail me
