i just want to ask what is the best way in preparing crude aqueous allergen extract for skin prick test?

first u have to determine from which material you will do the extract? food fungi or hairs
mainly you use a solution of phenol/sod. bicarbonate with certain concentration and pH. and it is critical situation because any change in pH or concentration will cause a great harm .
