Help:Total protein extraction from soil - (May/29/2006 )

I have searched this topic in this forum,and i found there were two topic about it .but they all had no answer. So i want to ask somebody who kown about its answer .I need it eagerly.

i have already try to make this extraction it's very difficult and results aren't very good but if you want some way of research...
