wht happen if i culture e coli at 36c instead of 37c????

nothing really happens becous bacteria can growth in a range not the strict tempratre the optimum for E.coli is 37 if you incubate in 35 just the growth rate will be lower.

Even if u leave it on the bench, bacteria will grow but much slower.

36 is the same than 37, unless if you have a very well regulated incubator !
Don't worry, they will grow the same.
Some let the bacteria grow at room temperature over week-end !

yip e.coli are hardy buggers, in the 34-40 degree range you should observe similiar growth, and have more than enough E.coli available
