Series dilution of RNA or cDNA for qPCR standard curve? - (May/25/2006 )

Do you use serial dilution generated from directly RNA or do you dilute cDNA that is synthesized from 1 ug mRNA?

I use serial dilution of RNA generated In-vitro transcription.
This will give you a more acurate amount of your standard.
