nucleacid and protein - Protein, DNA and RNA (May/17/2006 )

Hi! everybody.
this is the first day i've joined our forum and i have a question:
How to distinguish between these solution:
Protein, RNA, DNA plasmid and DNA genome by used electrophoresis or others way.
Please help me. thanks so much.

Do you mean all are in the same sample? If not just extract them and run on agarose gel (RNA, DNA) and SDS-PAGE gel (protein)

Hi! So, how to distinguish between DNA plasmid and DNA genome. Usually, when i read in some books they say: DNA plasmid after used agarose's electrophoresis we have three band, is it right?
It means that in the solution plasmid have three structures?
sorry, because i'm in high school so that's difficult for me to know these. please reply me more exactly if you can. sad.gif
