siRNA transfection of MIN6 cells - (May/17/2006 )

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to do siRNA transfections on MIN6 cells. I am using neofix as transfecting reagent. I am still optimising the process but the results are not good.

Can any one could help me out as to which transfecting reagent to use or any other protocol.

Thanks and Regards

We have great success (~60-70%) using Gencarrier-2 on MIN6 mouse beta-cell line with FITC-siRNA duplex (27-mer). No or little cell loss.
