Primer Design - (May/16/2006 )

Hey... I was hoping I could get some help. I am trying to design primers to do RT-PCR using mRNA from mononuclear cells. Essentially I am lookng to sequence the region. However I am having difficulty finding how to design the primers. I tried using primer3 but it is confusing, anyone know of any other software or a tutorial site that might help?
