Control miRNA in experiments? - let-7 or miR-30??? (May/10/2006 )

Hi everybody, I would like to use RT-PCR for miRNA detection. I have several miRNAs that I am interested in (I work with Chronic lyph. leuk.) but I dont know which miRNA could I use as control. Do you have any idea? I think lot of people use let-7 or miR-30, any exprience with them?
Tnak you

I'd prefer 5SrRNA or U6
