How to clean agar contamination for colony PCR - (Mar/15/2001 )

For colony PCR, when you pick up colonies, there is some amount of agar in the template, how can I clean it up?

Use glassmilk

Small amount of agar picked up with the colonies is not a problem for subsquent PCR reaction. Don't worry about it.
