what is the molecular weight of fusion protein in pET-32a - molecular weight of the fusion protein in pET-32a (Apr/30/2006 )

Dear all:
I am anxious to know what is the predicted molecular weight of my fusion protein expressed in pET-32a system. My gene was inserted into the pET-32a plasmid after NcoI&SalI double digestion. The product of the gene is predicted to be 25kd, but what is the molecular weight of the fusion sequence encoded by the plasmid itself upstream of the NcoI sequence? Thank very much to anyone who replies!

assuming the attached pET32 informations, you can calculate the predicted mw of your prot.

thanks very much, dear friend!

well you're welcome.
But googling with pET32a plasmid sequence gave me all infos. I entrered it in my database for further needs, but was relative quick info.
