miRNA extraction using Trizol - (Apr/25/2006 )

I use normal trizol+isoprop protocol and have good and clean recovery of small RNAS. also working with trizol+miRNA Pure Link extraction kit from invitrogen works well. Never tried to increase isoprop. so i can't compare the 2 methods, but my qPCR are very clean and reproducible.
