bias optimalization - (Apr/25/2006 )

I've moved the iCycler from one lab to another. Because I moved it, I have to do a bias optimlization. However, I'm unable to get a good result doing this. I can only get a good picture when the exposure time is 16o ms or less, and I can't proceed with pure dye calibration after bias optimalization blink.gif Does anybody know what to do?

-confused-

Friend,
How you managed to do you bias optimization? I thought it is supposed to be done only by service engineer.....?
Hardware problem, should look for your local engineer : )
