crosslinking of monoclonal Absto Protein G (or A) -Sepharose - (Jul/06/2001 )

Why not just couple the Ab to a CNBr Sepharose (Sigma or Pharmacia)? It is easier andcheaper!

I'm looking for a detailed and efficient protocol to crosslink prot G Sepharose to monoclonal antibodies (I have 9e10 and 12ca5 ascitic fluids) .I'm not going to prepare colums but I need this crosslinked beads in order to perform in batch Immunoprecipitations.
