Expression analysis - (Apr/18/2006 )

I have a problem in determining that either my protein is expressed or not. I am giving inducation time maximum. may be whole night. both contol and IPTG induce at 37 and 180 rpm for whole night. But I have exact band size in the control as well but its faint. My protein is eukaryotic membrane protein. How can i differentiale it now between contol and expressed
