IgM Purification - (Oct/24/2000 )

For years, we have used Avid Al/Avid Chrom for purification of IgM antibodies. The manufacturer has discontinued this product. We have tried other commercially available products but to no avail. Anyone have a good recommendation for purifying mouse IgM.Thanks

If your IgM contains kappa light chains, try Protein L from Actigen, UKTecnogen, Italy, has a matrix, the Kaptiv-IgM, which is said to have a high binding capacity.http://www.tecnogen.it
