what is preferable for higher production of a recombinant product…multiple copies of gene (high copy number) or stronger promoter..??
what is the advantage and disadvantage of each one..???

I would say both !
however if your protein is toxic for the bacteria, a low copy, with a strong inducible promoter is better.

Both is accurate depending on what you're doing. It can be harder to control expression with copy number. I you just need protein it fast and easy way to get robust quantities (if you don't kill your host). A tight promoter or promoter with sensitive inducibility can be very valuable for expression studies.
