TRS Buffer - whats in it?!? - Whats in Dako's TRS? (Apr/05/2006 )

Hi,

can someone tell me whats in Dako's TRS - pH6.0 (Cat no S1700) - all the data sheet says is that its a "modified citrate buffer". I suspect that its Tween 20, and maybe some EDTA too... but something in there is interfering with some of my downstream reactions... and it would be a great help to know..

Thanks a lot.

hi
according to this article, TRS buffer should be 25 mM piperazine-N,N'-bis(2-ethanosulfonic acid) [PIPES], 4 mM MgCl2, 1 mM DTT, 1 mM ATP, 0.1 mg of bovine serum albumin/ml
