anyone know the molecular weight of immunoglobulin heavy chain - (Apr/05/2006 )

I am wondering the molecular weight of immunoglobulin heavy chain when i perform CO-IP expriment,could anyone can help me ? any suggestion would be appreciated.

under reducing conditions the heavy chain has a molecular weight of ~50kDa under non-reducing conditions the IgG immunoglobulin for example has a mw of 146-150kDa

and light chains are 25 kda under reduction
