umm, I believe you mean macrophage....you may do respiratory burst, phagocytosis of congo-red labeled or fluorescent labeled yeast cells, nitric oxide production ( colorimetric ) or even the more sophisticated IL-1 and IL-6 asaays..most of these are general , easily found protocols..
