Cleaning >30kb dna - (Mar/30/2006 )

I need to clean a very large piece of dna -- greater then 30 kb, close to 40kb. Are there any protocols out there for this purpose, or kits designed to clean large dna pieces? THANKS!!!!!

Just try a standard EtOH precipitation. That will definitely clean it up to some extent.
