Recently I have begun to design my subject about a proteinase and now have a question. Which method is better to study the function of the proteinase. Using the eukaryotic express vector to express in eukaryotic cell or synthesizes domain of this proteinase?

Peptide synthesis this method can only produce a linear structures but it is easy and convenient, and eukaryotic expression can relatively express the complete structure of protein, so which method is better for you that is decided by the character of the proteinase.
