low plasmid dna from ET host - Low plasmid Dna concentration in Ecoli ET 12567 (Mar/21/2006 )

Hello friends:)!! Here I have got a problem with obtaining high concentration plasmid DNA from ET host. As this host is chloramphenicol resistant, the addition of this antibiotic during log phase of its growth will not stop its growth rate due to which I am unable to apply this method.
If you guys have any solutions of this plz suggest me. I'll be very thankful to you.

sometimes a low copy number is just unfortunate reality....perhaps purification from a larger batch?

thanks aimikins !!
Ya i am trying to solve this as ur suggestion..

But Is purification form large culture batch only the solution of this problem?? ....
if any other solutions are there then plz inform me...
thank you.

for these cases, i do a large batch and add chloramphenicol treatment (which actually helps great to reduce RNA in the prep and so facilitates plasmid recovery...)
