protocol for P-P38 western please - (Mar/21/2006 )

hello freinds.My greetings to everybody.Iam yeruva sunil reddy doing my PhD in University goettingen, Germany. Iam new to this group. Would any body has a protocol for Phospho-P38 western blotting, if so please send me the protocol. Iam using caco-2 cells (human colon adeno carcinoma cell). Thanks in advance for your help.

This is the antibody I've used with good results. The datasheet linked below has a protocol at the end.
