Kozak sequence - (Mar/08/2006 )

Hi!

I would like you to share your experience with me about inserting the kozak sequence, pros and cons. Do you use it all the time that you wanna express your protein afterwards? Does it have any drawbacks? Should it be inserted always?

I designed a construct without this sequence and I wonder if it would be convenient redoing it adding this kozak sequence.
