If you want to have genomic DNA you have to use blood and not only plasma samples.

because in plasma there isn't lymphocytes who containes DNA, there's only protein, lymphocytes and red blood corpuscles were put out when blood was centrifugated to have sera samples.

[indent]I think that there is also circulating plasma DNA, as you can see:

Dear all,

I have:

od 260 od 270 od 280

0,044 0,103 0,066

What's the meant of these data?
I know that there is protein contamination, but I don't know the meant of this od 270....

Thanks!

hi
OD is too small to be very accurate... You need to dilute less the smple
