hi guys,
how long does "overnite" mean in overnite incubation at 37C for PCR product in RFLP?
im just wondering if it is still fine for 24 hr or more

in general, overnight means ~16 hrs. in practice it means from the time you leave until the time you arrive.

I think that you mean overnight, and i joined mdfenko theoretically it's about 16h but it could be more without any problems. 24h is largely enough.
