Problem on MAPK SAPK/JNK detecting - (Mar/07/2006 )

Hi,

I was looking for something else when I found this post.
I've been using phospho-SAPK/JNK antibody from Cell Signalling and it worked pretty well (I tried their Pathscan ELISA as well, that's so much better than a western !)
Anyway... I was using UV treatment as my positive control since it strongly activates JNK. For optimising Ab concentrations I guess that would be an option.
