help with oligonucleotide precipitation assay - (Mar/01/2006 )

hi,
i am interested in doing a biotinylated oligonucleotide assay, have no clues where to begin with...
it wud be great if any one can suggest me from which company to order the primers /attached to biotin?

i have the sequence of primers with me, but i dont know a company which can give technical specifications of designing the assay

i order my poligos at sigmas and they have a facility to biotin them. Invitrogen has one too.
