PBS-T vs TBS-T - (Feb/17/2006 )

I see some people use PBS-T while others use TBS-T. Why choose one over the other?

you mean probably for western. Again it's part of things that are owned by lab member... don't know stricky wh.
But for some Ab, PBS-t works better than TBS-T

for phosphorylated proteins, you want TBST not PBST
