for all "suspension cells" and if no protocol is available, i would try liquid extraction rather than a kit. The volume of lysis solution can be adapted to the number of cells, and reaction volume can be adapted in consequence, better than in kits.
Moreover, for siRNA extraction, all comuns-based kits i know are not suitable to retain the small RNA molecules.
what do you plan to do?
