Protocol DNA isolation from human serum - (Feb/16/2006 )

Hi everybody,

I would like to do isolation from human serum. I tried once with pheno/chloroform technique but my DNA precipitation was not clean so, when I did my PCR I didn't get a lot of product .
Do you have somme experiences to improve the quality and quantity of the DNA isolated.

DNA from serum? I would understand extraction of DNA from white blood cells - there are even kits for that.
