Can you explian me about the basal level expression and how it can affect our desired protein,
whats the method to control it .

expression level is controlled by a huge number of factors, that's what keeps us in business...

there are promoters, operators, inducers, repressors, transcription factors, transcription machinery, translational modification, post-translational modification...

could you perhaps be more specific as to what you would like to know?
