could any one tell me differnet condition for deamidation of protein...like different buffers in which my protein can deamidated...plz help....
if possible could any one tell me method for analysis of deamidation
in Everett et al , journal of bacteriology, 1994, p6082-7, they use acid hydrolysis to cut amide and thioester linked fatty acid from protein.
If you find something else, please tell me, I would be also interested.
